CATSKILL, N.Y. — A Catskill Man is charged with murder as a result of a missing persons investigation.
State Police say 31-year-old Carlos Graham was charged with murder Thursday as the result of an ongoing investigation over the last year.
Brandyn Foster was reported missing in January of 2017.
His buried body was discovered at his property on Tool House Road in the Town of Catskill.
Foster was living at the property at the time of his disappearance and his death was ultimately ruled a homicide following an autopsy.
The FBI, State Police, and other agencies assisted in the investigation.
Graham was arraigned in the Town of Cairo Court and brought to Greene County Jail without bail.
He is due to appear in court at a later date.
