Shenendehowa voters have said yes to a plan that gives the town of Clifton Park a large parcel of land.

Final numbers show more than 2,500 people voted yes to the land sale, while just 535 voted no. In April, it was an overwhelming 'no' to sell a 37-acre parcel of land to a commercial developer to build a Shop Rite. At the time, voters said they didn't want to see private development on the land.

Shen voters also approved a $22 million capital project that will fund a number of school district improvements and renovations over the next 10 years.
