A series of cold fronts will make their way into the southeast over the next few days. Some of the fronts will be stronger than others and reinforcing shots of cold air can be expected.

Look for mountain snows to break out later on Tuesday as the strongest of the cold fronts moves in. The Triad will stay dry and chilly into Wednesday morning.

There is a slight chance of mixed precipitation on Thursday or Friday as a weak storm moves in from the west. Regardless, we will see a brief warm up into next weekend with 60 degrees possible.
