Officials announced the arrest of a Farmington woman who is accused of creating a fake GoFundMe page and keeping the money for herself.

Jordan Fogg, 24, is facing a grand larceny charge after police say she set up the account and requested money to purchase a motorized scooter for a child in need.

Officials say she raised over $1,200 dollars but kept they money for herself.

Police ask anyone who donated to the GoFundMe page titled "Jimmy's Scooter" to call police at (585) 396-5035.
