SYRACUSE, N.Y. — A new baby monkey at the Rosamond Gifford Zoo in Syracuse needs a name.

The patas monkey was born two weeks ago and is the seventh baby for mother Becca and father MJ.

The zoo held a party Saturday to introduce the new addition.

The zoo hasn't been able to official determine if the baby monkey is a boy or girl because it is staying very close to its mother.

The public is now invited to submit gender-neutral names for the baby. Entries will be accepted until midnight on Monday.

Details can be found on the zoo's Facebook page.
